I ended up using this device multiple times this hurricane season, it was a life saver! Our power went out for four days straight. As the storm raged outside, this radio provided clear and needed updates. I didn't even have to use the crank, the solar battery alone handled the load. Charging this device is easy, I place it near a window in my room and let it catch the rays. I ended up buying 2 more for my friends and they both loved it as well!

Bought this radio from grinate to take with me on our family camping trip. I absolutely loved this thing and it easily replaced a couple of tools that I no longer need to bring with me. Very lightweight! Normally we don't like to bring electronics with us with the exception of a camera, which we were able to keep fully charged with this device. The hand-crank is incredibly efficient and easy to operate, requires very minimal force. Overall very happy with this purchase.

I will never again worry about battery life. I've been using this device every single day at work to keep my devices charged. I don't even think of this as just a radio, it does so much more. The fact that I can manually recharge this power bank using the crank feature in such a short amount of time really makes me never worry again about running out of charge for my phone or my other devices.
