Where can I get my tracking number?

 

Once your package is shipped out you will automatically receive an email with your tracking information. Please note that tracking numbers take 1-3 days to be updated into the courier's system, so don't worry if you do not see any tracking results right away.

  

How fast will you ship the order?

 

Your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours, usually the next day.  

 

How long does it take to receive my order?

 

United States orders: 7-10 business days

International orders: 5-8 business days

  

How do I change/cancel my order?

 

In case you want to change or cancel you order, please let us know as soon as possible. We are able to cancel or modify your order up until it gets shipped out, so do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or inquiries, we are happy to help out :)

What is the return and exchange policy?

 

Returns: We offer a 90 days money back guarantee for anyone who is not satisfied with our products. If for some reason you are not happy with your product, you are eligible for a full refund 90 days after delivery. Please note that shipping the item back to us will be at the customer's expense if the item is not proven defective in anyway. To be eligible for the refund the item must be in the same condition that it was received with the original packaging. Please contact us at grinatechannel@gmail.com if you wish to file a refund for your order. 

 

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item please send us an email at: grinatechannel@gmail.com and we will provide you a replacement free of charge!
